Charity Dinner, Golf Event Raises $67,700 to Fight Autism

The Dave & Buster's Charity Dinner and Golf Classic last Sunday and Monday raised $67,700 for the organization Talk About Curing Autism.

Special guests during the dinner at Dave & Busters at the Irvine Spectrum on Sunday included Actor Justin Grant Wade of Netflix’s "Arrested  Development" and Tamra Barney and Eddie Judge of Bravo’s reality shows "Real Housewives of Orange County" and "Tamra’s OC Wedding."  

On Monday, pro athletes and golf lovers teed off at the Aliso Viejo Country Club. The tournament’s winning foursome consisted of Tre McLeod, Chris McAlister, DJ Gayagas and Dave & Buster’s Irvine general manager Cheryl Armstrong.

Talk About Curing Autism provides support, education information and resources to nearly 40,000 families across the United States who are touched by autism. TACA aims to speed up the cycle time from the suspicion of autism to diagnosis to effective treatments.
