This week's Grab 'n' Go brings carnivals, celebrations and education. Whether you're toting around toddlers or teens, we have something for you.

SPRING CELEBRATION AND PANCAKE BREAKFAST
Where/When: Grand Park, Aliso Viejo Town Center, Aliso Viejo. Saturday, April 16, 9 to 11:30 a.m.
Why go: To enjoy a pancake breakfast, an egg hunt, a visit with Peter Rabbit, games, face painting and more. Bring a basket for egg collection.
Pricing: Free event and free parking. Pancake breakfast (9 to 11 a.m.) is $5 for adults and $4 for children under 10. Proceeds benefit the South County Teen Center.

UNDER THE BIG TOP CARNIVAL
Where/When: Canyon Vista Elementary School, 27800 Oak View Dr., Aliso Viejo. Friday, April 15, 3 to 7 p.m.
Why go: To enjoy games, rides, food, live entertainment, face painting and more. All proceeds benefit Canyon Vista Elementary School PTA.
Pricing: Free admission and free parking. All activities are $3 or less.
FAMILY DAY AT THE BEALL
Where/When: Beall Center for Art and Technology, 712 Arts Plaza, UC Irvine. Saturday, April 16, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Why go: The whole family can enjoy hands-on art projects and demonstrations by local high-tech companies in manufacturing, engineering and design.
Pricing: Free admission. Free parking for this event.

HISTORY COMES ALIVE
Where/When: Aliso Viejo Library, 1 Journey, Aliso Viejo. Saturday, April 16, at 2 p.m.
