JCPenney Shoppers Donate Money to Boys & Girls Club

Round your purchase to the nearest dollar and the difference will be donated to the Aliso Viejo branch of the Boys & Girls Club.

Shop at the JCPenney in the Laguna Hills Mall until April 26 to donate money to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley's Aliso Viejo branch.

To help support after-school programs, shoppers "are invited to round up their purchases to the nearest whole dollar and donate the difference," according to a city press release.

"The availability of affordable after-school programs continues to be an important community objective in order to meet the needs of working families," said James Littlejohn, the group's executive director. "As customers shop for the Easter season, we hope they will keep our mission in mind by rounding up their purchases to benefit a local cause."
