Before a child reaches his first birthday, he begins reaching for his first cell phone. At that point it is usually just for a taste test, but what is an appropriate age to receive your first cell phone? Some parents are giving them to their young children early for safety reasons. Others think it should be a privilege given to teenagers. What do you think?
