New Book Preserves the History of Aliso Viejo

Learn the history of the city in the new book Images of America: Aliso Viejo by Bob Bunyan, available today.

Images of America: Aliso Viejo, written by Bob Bunyan and the Aliso Viejo Community Foundation, contains stories, memories and more than 200 photographs of life within the city.

Only 30 years ago, Aliso Viejo was a 6,600-acre working ranch and home to goats, cattle, sheep and a variety of crops. Now nearly 48,000 residents live within city limits.

The book, which was published by Arcadia Publishing, was released Monday at select local bookstores and online.
