Rain Returns to O.C. Tuesday Morning

National Weather Service is forecasting a 30 percent chance of rain after 4 a.m. Tuesday. The opportunity for rain and cooler temperatures grows significantly after 10 a.m. with an 80 percent chance of precipitation and a high of 60 degrees.

The sun returns on Wednesday with a high of 74 degrees — the warmest day of the week. The coolest night, with a temperature of 52 degrees, is expected on Wednesday.
