Voices Needed—Write a Blog for Aliso Viejo Patch

Aliso Viejo Patch is looking for bloggers to share their stories, opinions and experiences as part of the Aliso Viejo community.

We're looking for bloggers who will provide commentary on the city's hot topics, life in Aliso Viejo and engage readers in conversation.

Patch isn't just news, it's your community resource. Let's make this site an all inclusive, one-stop shop to everything Aliso Viejo.

• Are you passionate about Aliso Viejo's core issues?
• Are you an expert craftsman or hobbyist who can share do-it-yourself tips?
• Do you have strong opinions about local government?
• Can you just make us all laugh?
• Can you write compellingly?
• And in complete sentences?

Then we want to hear from you.

This is blogging—not a reporting job, so you can write what you want, when you want, as often as you want. You could write multiple postings in a day or just once every month. It is up to you and your schedule.

Similar to the style of The Huffington Post, Patch will provide bloggers a platform to have your work seen by a larger audience. Patch will not own your writings, leaving you free to repost your submissions on other blogs.

As the editor, I will review all the posts submitted to Aliso Viejo Patch to ensure no libelous claims are made, and to correct typos.
