Buffalo Wild Wings Open For Business

"It's not just 'lick your lips good,' it's 'lick someone else's lips' good" says the menu.

Wing fanatics rejoice, Buffalo Wild Wings just landed in Aliso Viejo and opened its doors today to the public. With sauces ranging from salt and vinegar to the eye burning "Blazin" sauce, the restaurant offers variety.

"My brother was the one who convinced me to open up this restaurant here," said co-owner Matt Dragas. "This is a great location. We love the neighborhood and the community connection. We also sponsor a lot of teams in every community we open up in."

For the grand opening, Buffalo Wild Wings gave out coupons that would allow the first 100 guests to eat wings free for a year. Some camped out in front since 2 p.m. yesterday.

"We were out here since about 6:30 last night," Brandon Matoba said. "We got a year's worth of wings, nothing beats wings!"

Some guests were already familiar with the restaurant and its menu.

"This is my favorite restaurant," said Julian Crunip. "I can't wait to take the blazin challenge."

The interior of the restaurant is surrounded by flat screen televisions, which feature various sports.

"We actually have more TVs than tables," Dragas said. "We just didn't have room to hang the tables."
