This free, one-hour symposium is the first of many unique programs that we plan to share with our new community of friends and neighbors. Come and learn about how to help your family eat and live well, while we cover the following topics:

  • Demystifying Organic: Understanding what ‘real’ organic is and why it’s important for your family
  • Shopping for Special Diets: Learn how the foods you purchase and prepare affect your family’s health
  • Whole Foods Value: Easy, budget-friendly & delicious ways to eat healthy for the whole family
  • Whole Body, Whole Kids organic and organic baby

Refreshments will be served and kids are welcome! All moms will receive a special gift for attending and will be able to meet with local baby product vendors to learn about their baby products carried in Whole Foods and receive free samples.

We’ve removed the ability to reply as we work to make improvements. Learn more here
