Food trucks are coming to Laguna Hills High (25401 Paseo De Valencia) from 5:30 to 8:30 Thursday evening. Here are the trucks this week:
Flavor Rush Truck: Chef Ted Rodriguez changes his menu weekly, so it could scallops and abalone, lentil soup and a croissant stuffed with cheese and tomato served with fries and a hint of French truffle. You never know!
Frijolito's Mobile Coffee: Pan dulce (sweet bread) baked fresh daily, as well as danishes, banana bread, and of course coffee.
Kala Truck: Tacos, quesadillas, sliders and a southern shrimp sandwich.
LA Mustache Mike's Italian Ice: Italian ice in flavors like Bada Bing Cherry, Blue Razzberry, Big Daddy (Cherry/Orange/Pineapple), and Chocolate Da Bomb (Bada Bing Cherry/Bada Boom Blue Razz/Lemon Squeezy).
Papa Dad's: Wings, dings, burgers 'n things. Oh, and some pretty amazing-looking sausage hot dogs.
