'Mean' Facebook Message Prompts 911 Call

Plus: stabbing a gas tank, parking lot drug deal and other calls from Aliso Viejo to the Sheriff's Department, Nov. 13-16.

A caller complained about getting a mean Facebook message from someone with whom the caller wasn't a Facebook friend.

The report was filed at 9:29 a.m. Thursday in the 0 block of Rambling Lane.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 6:46 a.m. Friday. 26200 block Wood Canyon Drive.

Gas tank stabbed. 4:06 p.m. Thursday. Aliso Creek Road and Liberty. A citizen said someone jammed a large screwdriver into his vehicle's gas tank, causing it to leak while parked outside a local pub.

Bottle breaking. 6:44 p.m. Wednesday. Via San Pablo and Via San Julian. A caller asked deputies to check for a group of kids who were drinking and breaking bottles in the street.

Phone attacked. 4:46 p.m. Wednesday. 0 block of Stone Pine. A caller said his brother was acting out of control and threw a phone at the wall.

Couple won't leave. 9:02 p.m. Tuesday. 24900 block Moulton Parkway. Deputies received several reports about a man and woman dressed in black and loitering around the property, refusing to leave.

Parking lot drug deal. 3:07 p.m. Tuesday. Aliso Creek Road and Enterprise. A citizen said a man and woman in their early 20s performed a drug deal at a nearby hardware store's parking lot.

Really? Call 911 about a Facebook post w a non FB friend? Hopefully the person does not have their address listed or other personal info where non-friends can see if. & unless the caller is acquainted w the person such that they might meet up, just ignore it.
