Good Samaritan Gets Chewed Out

Plus: a 10-year-old daredevil, urinating juveniles and other calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Oct. 9-12.

A beggar in a Del Taco parking lot started yelling at someone who tried to give him a water bottle and told him "God bless you" on Wednesday. The beggar told the would-be Good Samaritan to "go get cancer," according to a report filed with the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

The Good Samaritan called authorities out of concern the beggar would confront other people trying to help. The disturbance report was made at 12:38 p.m. at Aliso Creek Road and Pacific Park Drive.
