Drunk Woman Slugs Snoozing Man

Sheriff's Blotter: Selected calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Sept. 7-11.

A resident from the 23300 block of Via San Martine said his buddy's drunk ex-girlfriend punched him in the nose while he was asleep, causing bleeding.

The report was made at 3:40 a.m. Monday.

Future burning bush alert. 8:15 p.m. Monday. Aliso Creek Road and El Toro Road. A caller asked deputies to check for a man living near some bushes, saying his cigarette smoking created a fire hazard.

Unwanted paparazzi. 12:05 p.m. Monday. 0 block of Journey. A resident said her neighbor was taking photographs of her.

Possible burglary. 11:53 p.m. Sunday. 0 block Peacock Court. A caller who was house-sitting for neighbors found their door open and things moved around inside the home.

Craigslist dispute. 9:40 a.m. Sunday. 0 block Via Bacchus. A caller asked deputies for assistance after a seller on Craigslist would not refund the caller's money.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 3:20 a.m. Saturday. 23300 block of Via San Gabriel. A caller said two men in their 20s were looking into homes with a flashlight.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 2:10 a.m. Saturday. 24500 block Moulton Parkway. An informant said three men and two women were trying to break into vehicles parked in the Grace Hills Church lot.

Petty theft. 6:41 p.m. Friday. 0 block Northern Pine Loop. A caller said teenagers stole a body board from his garage and fled in a black, late-model Jeep Cherokee.

Drugs by the pool. 3:31 p.m. Friday. 24700 block Via San Marco. A resident asked deputies to check near the community pool for teenagers who appeared to be smoking crack.
