Blotter: Resident Turned Off By Vandals
The following is a selection of calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department from May 6 to May 10.
A resident said someone flipped all the switches at his home's cicuit breaker to the “off” position while he was not home.
The call was made around 2:59 a.m., Saturday on the 0 block of Blue Heron Lane.

Terrorist threats report. 2:29 p.m. Monday. 0 block of Dove Street.
Suspicious person in vehicle. 8:06 a.m. Monday. Deerhurst and Foxborough. A caller reported the driver of a champagne–colored sedan who appeared to have been talking to himself.
Citizen assist. 4:42 p.m. Sunday. 26700 block of Aliso Creek Road. A caller said that the manager of a pet store refused to sell them fish.
Traffic hazard. 1:25 p.m. Sunday. Moulton Parkway and Via Iglesia. A caller asked police to check for a four-inch knife on the street.
Disturbance. 10:46 p.m. Saturday. 0 block of Spoonbill Drive. A caller asked police to check for three to four men who were yelling and cursing at each other.
Suspicious person/circumstances. 7:42 p.m. Saturday. 0 block of Royal Tern Lane. A resident said a group of kids were throwing fireworks on the hill behind his home.
Suspicious person in vehicle. 11:06 p.m. Friday. 0 block of Egret Lane. A resident said passengers in a white Toyota Sequoia were driving without the headlights on while yelling at someone.
Assist outside agency. 8:58 p.m. Friday. Foxborough and Deerhurst. A caller reported a group of kids trying to start a fire near the elementary school.
Disturbance. 5:37 p.m. Friday. 24600 block of Via Iglesia. A caller asked sheriff deputies to check for six gang-types, carrying sticks, because they might start a fight.
