Woman Receives 422 Messages from Boyfriend's 'Other Lover'

Selected calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Jan. 27-31.

A caller from the 0 block of Briarglenn said someone claiming to be their boyfriend's other lover left 422 messages on her phone.

The annoying phone call report was made at 2:29 p.m. on Sunday.

Disturbance. 8:46 a.m. Tuesday. 0 block Abbeywood Lane.

Suspicious person in vehicle. 8:05 p.m. Monday. 0 block Saphir Way. A resident said two men riding in a SUV that was parked by the community entrance were possibly casing people who live in the neighborhood.

Vandalism report. 2:21 p.m. Monday. 24600 block Via Iglesia. A caller asked deputies to check the tennis courts for graffiti, citing that several people have used spray paint on the area.

Suspicious person. 11:42 a.m. Sunday.0 block of Blue Jay Drive. A resident said a person they do not know went into their backyard, entered their home and exited through the front door.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 8:37 a.m. Sunday. 23400 block Aliso Viejo Parkway. A man inside Starbucks called 911 and said he wanted to turn himself in. He added that units were in pursuit of him for unknown reasons.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 8:06 p.m. Saturday. El Caprice and El Reposa. A resident asked deputies to check for a group of "gang-type" men who they said were huddled in front of an open garage.

Fraud report. 10:35 a.m. Saturday. 0 block Prairie Falcon. A caller said a pizza company called and told her that someone was using her credit card to order food.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 10:08 p.m. Friday. 22700 block Pacific Park Drive.  A caller asked deputies to check on a tenant who appears to be running a used-car dealership within the complex, adding that he was last seen putting plates on a white Mercury.

Traffic hazard. 5:08 p.m. Friday. 0 block Diamond Gate. A caller asked deputies to check for kids who were using a bike ramp to launch themselves onto the street, posing a hazard to oncoming vehicles.
