Woman Approached By Masturbating Man

Selected calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Jan. 6-10.

A caller said a man driving a black, older model sedan, approached his wife in the Target parking lot near the 26900 block of La Paz Road and exposed himself as he masturbated.

The indecent exposure report was made around 1:25 p.m. Sunday.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 5:58 a.m. Tuesday. 26700 block Aliso Creek Road.

Burglary alarm-audible. 12:38 a.m. Tuesday. 26900 block Aliso Creek Road.

Burglary report. 7:57 p.m. Monday. 0 block Asbury Court.  A resident said someone driving a white Toyota Camry stole a set of golf clubs from their garage.

Traffic hazard. 4:28 p.m. Monday. Aliso Creek Road and Alicia Parkway. A caller said a large, remote controlled plane crashed on the road, posing a traffic hazard.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 2:11 p.m. Sunday. 0 block Cottage Lane.  A resident said they found eight pill bottles from marijuana dispensaries laying around.

Petty theft. 9:40 a.m. Sunday. Aliso Viejo Parkway and Cedarbrook. A caller said a man in his 30s was detained by a group of 20 people after they saw him taking money out of backpacks during a soccer match.

Firework violation. 9:18 p.m. Saturday. Wood Canyon Drive and Oak View Drive. A caller said people were possibly setting off fireworks within the grounds of Canyon Vista Elementary School.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 12:54 p.m. Saturday. 26800 block Aliso Creek Road. A caller said they couldn't understand a man, wearing a brown jacket and black pants, who was running around, screaming.

Citizen assist. 8:45 a.m. Saturday. 0 block Flintstone. A resident said a group of landscapers threatened him after he told them to stop working.

Disturbance. 8:29 p.m. Friday. Aliso Creek Road and Pacific Park Drive. A caller said a group of eight teenagers were ganging up on another in front of the Sprint store.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 4:08 p.m. Friday. 0 block Journey. A caller said a woman who had a red and black apron on and was yelling at passerby's before retreating back to a wagon type car.
