Talk about an unpleasant wakeup call. A 44-year-old woman was jailed Tuesday after her husband woke up to find her beating him. The alleged assault was reported at 1:36 p.m. in the 0 block Vista Del Valle.

Burglary report. 11:54 a.m. Friday. 9200 block Capobella.

Suspicious vehicle. 7:01 a.m. Friday. 0 block Ridgecrest.

Hunting for hitchhikers. 1:22 p.m. Thursday. Pacific Park Drive and Aliso Creek Road. A caller said a man in his 30s pulled up next to her in a white truck and asked if she wanted to get in his vehicle.

Missing rental truck. 9:14 a.m. Thursday. 0 block Nantucket Lane. A caller asked deputies for help after realizing the rental truck he parked outside his home was gone.

Unhappy customer. 11:47 a.m. Wednesday. 26800 block Aliso Creek Road. A caller said a customer threatened to shoot her the next time he visits the business.

Grungy cameramen on bikes. 11:13 a.m. Wednesday. 0 block Saddleridge. A citizen reported two grungy-looking men riding girls' bikes and taking photos of houses.

Citizen assist. 4:41 p.m. Tuesday. 0 block Northern Pine Loop. A man alerted deputies to possible items involved in a theft, which were in plain view, adding that the same items were previously reported as stolen.
