Laguna Woods City Manager Cited for DUI

Leslie Keane was arrested Friday night.

Laguna Woods City Manager Leslie Keane has been arrested and cited for suspicion of driving under the influence, it was learned Monday.

Orange County Sheriff’s Department arrest records indicate Keane, 64,
was booked into county jail Friday night. Further details surrounding her
arrest have not been made public, though booking records indicate the city manager was cited and released from the county’s Intake and Release Center shortly before 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

Keane, a former city manager for the cities of Colton and Yucaipa, also serves as Laguna Woods’ Community Development Director and City Clerk according to the municipality’s web site, which she also maintains.

Her court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 21, 2013, according to booking records.

It is not a serious matter. City managers should drink and drink alot! They are under big time stress! They should especially be allowed to drink and drive during the holiday season! In case you clowns forgot, Drinking is LEGAL! Lil Marty Leisure World
