Man Seen Masturbating in Target Parking Lot

A selection of calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Sept. 11-16.

A caller reported a heavy-set man, driving a blue BMW 323i, who was masturbating as he drove around the Target parking lot—located at Pacific Park and La Paz.

The indecent exposure call was made at 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Citizen assist. 8:20 a.m. Thursday. 1200 block of City Lights Drive. A caller said her neighbors had a sensor pointed at her home and were broadcasting her name and information about her throughout the building. Dispatch received another call about five hours later from the woman, saying her neighbors were now sending vibrations though her floor that resembled her name, and she was the only one who could hear it.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. 0 block of Pamplona. A caller reported seeing two teenagers, a boy wearing a dark baseball cap and a girl with "blondish" hair wearing a dark shirt and jeans, take a package from the doorstep of another residence.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 2:37 p.m. Wednesday. 0 block of Willet Lane. A resident reported receiving a death threat in the mail.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 8:27 p.m. Tuesday. Peppertree and Rockrose. A caller asked deputies to check for a man who got out of a white Nissan truck with a blanket and proceeded to walk into the canyon area.

Suspicious person in vehicle. 5:46 p.m. Tuesday. 0 block of Journey. A caller reported a man smoking drugs inside a silver vehicle parked in back of the city library.
