ORANGE COUNTY FIRE AUTHORITY OPEN HOUSE
Where/When: 1 Fire Authority Rd., Irvine; 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 8.
Why go: A variety of activities and demonstrations will be available to teach family and property safety. Activities for all ages.
FIREFIGHTER MEET AND GREET
Where/When: Orange County Fire Station-57; 57 Journey, Aliso Viejo; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 15.
