Two Taken to Hospital After Collision

Selected calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Feb. 24-28.

Deputies responding to a traffic accident involving a white Lexus SUV and Chevrolet Suburban near the intersection of Pacific Park Drive and Aliso Viejo Parkway, said two people were transported to the hospital. Details of their injuries was not available.

The traffic accident report was made 7:06 a.m.

Suspicious person in vehicle. 8:41 a.m. Tuesday. Aliso Creek Road and Glenwood Drive.

Disturbance-mechanical. 5:06 a.m. Tuesday. 5000 block City Lights Drive. A caller asked deputies to check for someone using a chainsaw nearby.

General broadcast. 9:27 p.m. Monday. Aliso Creek Road and Pacific Park Drive. A caller said her friend who has had four prior DUI's was driving drunk again, citing that its an ongoing problem.

Assist outside agency. 8:23 p.m. Monday. 24000 block Hollyoak. A caller said a 19-year-old near the Jacuzzi area overdosed after smoking a whole bowl of "spice."

Citizen assist. 10:08 p.m. Sunday. 0 block Endless Vista. A caller said he wants to file a vandalism report regarding his home being toilet papered, although no damage was present.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 10:13 a.m. Sunday. 0 block Sandpiper Lane.  A caller said a man, wearing all black clothing was standing in front of the location for 15 minutes.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 9:43 p.m. Saturday. 26800 block Aliso Creek Road.  A caller said a man in his mid-40s who was carrying a backpack filled with beer was sitting outside the store and was acting aggressive toward other customers.

Disturbance. 2:46 p.m. Saturday. 0 block Stone Pine. A caller said they could hear their neighbor asking for help in kicking her teenage son out of the house.

Patrol check. 8:55 p.m. Friday. Wood Canyon Drive and Oakgrove. A resident asked deputies to check for a group of kids who were running down the road, adding that it might be related to a recent spree of cars that had been tagged with a yellow marker.

Traffic stop. 5:12 p.m. Friday. El Toro Road and Aliso Creek Road. A 47-year-old woman was arrested during a traffic stop and was taken into custody at Orange County Jail with no bail set.
