Aliso Viejo Council Seeks Input on Future of Vantis Site

Aliso Viejo has announced that its city council will conduct a public hearing to discuss plans for the Vantis site. Below is the announcement:

The City Council on Wednesday, Dec. 4 will conduct a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to the Vantis site.  The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 12 Journey.

The Vantis site is about 39 acres and is bounded by Aliso Viejo Parkway on the west, Enterprise on the north, Grand on the south, and a bluff overlooking Grand Park and Aliso Viejo Town Center on the east.

The amendments would modify the development on the remaining, undeveloped 11 acres. 

The public notice, proposed Addendum to General Plan EIR, proposed General Plan Amendments, proposed Specific Plan Amendments, proposed "Vantis Apartment" plans and proposed "Vantis Hotel" plans are available as follows:
