Tdap Shot Clinic

A new state law requires all students who will enter the seventh through 12th grades in public or private school to have the Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) vaccination.

Shots are available to all students, parents, faculty and staff.

Students younger than 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form. Students 18 years and older may sign the form themselves.
