Start Your Monday Right With This Delicious Omelette Recipe

Here's a quick and easy recipe for a waist-friendly and tasty omelette.

Today I'll be sharing my go-to omelette recipe with you all. It’s very easy to make and tasty too. You will already have most of the ingredients.

Here's what you will need:

  • 3 egg whites
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ tomato
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • Some salt and pepper
  • Ketchup
  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread

Separate and beat the whites of three eggs. Finely chop onions and cilantro and mix into the egg mixture. Season mixture with oregano, salt and pepper to taste.

Cook omelette on stove with temperature set to medium-low until light brown. Lightly toast slices of bread while allowing omelette to cook.

Place omelette on bread when cooked. Cut tomatoes into circles or julienne. Also, cut avocado julienne. Place tomato and avocado on top of omelette. Put as much ketchup as your heart desires then close sandwich with the other piece of bread. Voila! Enjoy a scrumptious, light and healthy meal.
