Renaissance ClubSport Unveils New State-Of-The-Art Equipment

Renaissance ClubSport in Aliso Viejo unveils its newly transformed, multi-disciplined studio, which includes state-of-the-art Throwdown Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), boxing and cross-fit training equipment.

The eXtreme studio was created to give the club’s members new, exciting and challenging ways to train, and the boxing/MMA training demand had outgrown the previous dedicated space.

There is now a Throwdown Elite bag rack, including various training bags, pull-up bar and rolling monkey bars. Also, there is a best-in-class mat system, which is used by the International Jiu Jitsu Federation. 

The broad range of training-bag options for the members now include:

• Thai style
• 50/50
• Tear drop
• Upper cut
• Wrecking ball

The most notable innovation is the hydraulically bent I-Beam track for relocating the bags. With this feature, the multi-functional room can easily be transformed from a dedicated MMA training room to a studio for traditional yoga, stretching and cross training by simply rolling the bags on the u-shaped track to any part of the room.
