Extreme Conditioning Class

Have you tried Extreme Conditioning yet? This intense 60-minute workout utilizes heavy weights to target all major muscle groups. Incorporating cardiovascular exercises and plyometrics, this work out will challenge every fitness level. Bring your friends because Extreme Conditioning is free for non-members on Mondays at Renaissance ClubSport Aliso Viejo in July. All fitness levels are welcome.
