Soccer Tournament Will Honor AYSO Volunteers
Region 889 volunteers will compete for the Glory Days Cup during the tournament Nov. 5-6.
American Youth Soccer Organization adult and youth volunteers in Aliso Viejo will be honored during the Glory Days Cup tournament Nov. 5-6.
Players in the free tournament include coaches, assistant coaches, referees and board members who have volunteered several hours each week to AYSO Region 889.
There will be 25 "youth refs," ages 12 and up, who will referee the tournament.

The goal of the tournament is to have fun and win the prized Glory Days Cup—a coffee mug with the tournament logo.
- Nov. 5–tournament, 3:30-9:30 p.m.
- Nov. 6–semifinals of Glory Days Cup Tournament, 1 p.m.
- Nov. 6–finals of Glory Days Cup Tournament, 3 p.m.
- Tournament sponsors include Chick-fil-A of Aliso Viejo, Renaissance ClubSport of Aliso Viejo; Professional Community Management; Shawn L. Miller Orthodontics of Aliso Viejo; and The Perfect Impression of Aliso Viejo.
