A. Debbie, I know commercials on TV make it seem like anyone can color their hair. But reality is you need a professional. Now that your hair is black you need to use a color removal. You need a professional to remove the dark color without damage. Do not try this at home. You are probably looking at 2 to 3 hours of color correction. That ranges from $100 to $150 an hour. That $15 box color ruined your hair and now it will cost you $200 or more to fix. Again, please consult your professional.
