Community Update

This EPIC FAIL is a perfect example of what is wrong with this organization.

For normal people in the 21st century who lookup the business hours online it says PICKUP ONLY M-F 8a-5pm.

But this place is stuck in 1927 because when you get there, the door is locked, and the sign says 8a-THREE PM.

And if you ring the bell or knock, nobody answers even thou you can hear the employees on the other side of the door because they are 3 feet away from you. So you walk away feeling totally ignored by this incompetent operation.

My father and grandmother were both USPS employees for over 30yrs each in SoCal. Even after hearing all the BS that the USPS is involved with, this place took the term 'total waste of time' to an all new level. Whoever runs this branch, section, division whatever should be FIRED.
