The residents, businesses, schools and churches near 4 Orion do NOT want the rezoning. It willRead More change the character, quality and safety of our neighborhood. There are options to this re-zoning, and we need to hold the mayor and council to their assurances that they are exhausting all other options. 4 Orion is not an option.

I am one of the homeowners that backs to 4 Orion that the city will be visiting and I'm happy thatRead More they are coming out/having a meeting at our houses. I'm also thrilled that the Mayor indicated the city has the power to negotiate with Shea to include the affordable housing mandate at Vantis and not on 4 Orion so this is great.
