Rain is expected off and on throughout the week in Orange County.
Showers are likely with a possible thunderstorm Monday after 10 a.m. in Aliso Viejo.
The National Weather Service forecasts a high Monday of 56 degrees with a low of 44. The 70 percent chance of showers during the day drops to 50 Monday evening.
A slight chance of rain remains Tuesday with showers likely to return Wednesday. The mid-week storm is expected to be similar or have a "slightly greater impact" than the storm on Monday.
