All probate and mental health cases now being handled at the Lamoureaux Justice Center in Orange will be moved to the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana as of July 1.

Orange County court officials said the adjustments were necessary because of a lack of state funding.

Earlier, Orange County Superior Court Presiding Judge Thomas Borris said the county could no longer afford to lease the Laguna Hills courthouse.
