Man Seen Running Bare-Bottomed

The following is a selection of calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department from July 22-26.

Sheriff's deputies received multiple calls regarding a nude man in his mid-20s who was running around near the wilderness park at the intersection of Alicia Parkway and Hollyoak. One caller said that the man appeared to be contemplating jumping off a nearby bridge.

The call was made around 12:08 p.m., Sunday.

Suspicious vehicle. 7:00 a.m. Tuesday. 0 block of Enterprise.

Disturbance—music or party. 1:31 a.m. Tuesday. 23300 block of El Reposa. A caller said a group of people were playing music inside their garage.

Disturbance. 10:14 p.m. Monday. 0 block of Barbados Drive. A caller said four to five men riding in a beige Ford F-150 began banging on the glass panes of the caller's door. They later returned and threw a can of Dr. Pepper at the garage door, denting it.

Petty theft. 1:19 a.m. Monday. 26700 block of Aliso Creek Road. A caller said a group of kids were stealing coins out of the Town Center fountain.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 8:27 p.m. Sunday. 0 block of Tulip Place. A caller said two men riding in a minivan was going through the community trash can.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 7:53 p.m. Sunday. 23400 block of Pacific Park Drive. A resident asked sheriff's deputies to check for a man and a woman, riding in a blue Chevrolet Suburban, who were going through the trash, citing that it’s an ongoing problem.

Reckless driving. 8:26 a.m. Saturday. Westwing and Bay Laurel. A resident asked sheriff's deputies to check for a blue minivan that was speeding around the neighborhood.

Disturbance—music or party. 12:09 a.m. Saturday. 27600 block of Aliso Creek Road. A caller asked sheriff's deputies to check for party near the front of the complex, saying there was yelling, screaming and cussing as they drove in.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 11:49 p.m. Friday. 26700 block of Aliso Creek Road. A caller said an acquaintance inside the home seemed "shady” after being in the bathroom for over an hour, saying he was sick and throwing up.

Vandalism report. 9:20 p.m. Friday. 0 block of Via Bacchus. A resident asked sheriff's deputies to check for kids walking on a path nearby. The kids had thrown eggs at the residence twice within the week.
