This week you'll find drug smoking, loud fights, false accusations and more:

Wednesday

  • A 63-year-old writer was arrested following a report of petty theft at Aliso Creek Road and Pacific Park Drive. Serge R. Olenicoff is being held on $20,000 at Central Jail Court.
  • Neighbors were "antagoniz(ing) her dog," a woman told police around 6:15 p.m. on Maple Drive.
  • A vehicle was reportedly vandalized at City Lights. Police were told around 3:45 p.m.
  • A resident heard teens walking around and talking about tagging around 4 a.m. near Pacific Park and Cheyenne. The resident's walls had been tagged a few nights before.
  • A loud fight between a man and a woman—so loud "it's shaking the walls," a neighbor told police—was reported around 1:45 a.m. on the 23500 block of Windsong.
Tuesday
  • People were reportedly smoking drugs on the patio on Heartwood Way around 9:50 p.m.
  • Firefighters responded to a man withdrawing from heroin around 3:45 a.m. at the Hollyoak/Alicia Parkway intersection.
  • His wife didn't peek into a neighbor's son's window, a husband on Gatewood told police around 2 a.m. He said a neighbor had falsely accused her.
