Tuesday was the "Knock Down for Hunger" food drive. Students donated 250 boxes of cereal. Many used recent book reports for inspiration and decorated the boxes with their favorite literary figures. The donated food will benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank.

The boxes were arranged in a domino style on the blacktop and then "knocked down" to help stop hunger.

Friday will complete Literacy Week with Dr. Seuss Hat Day.
