Quiksilver Lacrosse to Host Training Camp in Aliso Viejo

Standout collegiate lacrosse players will coach local and regional players during three day camp.

Standout players from the Division 1 University of Virginia Lacrosse Program are coming to Aliso Viejo to coach local and regional athletes.

Quiksilver Lacrosse is hosting the three day training camp from June 10-12 at the Aliso Niguel High School Stadium. The lacrosse camp is open to current and prospective players from ages 8-18. According to a press release, collegiate players Steele Stanwick (ACC Player of the Year), Chris Bocklet and other players from the east coast lacrosse program will help local players hone their skills.

“It is not surprising to me how fast lacrosse has grown in California.  The state has great athletes and weather which is conducive to lacrosse.  It is only a matter of time before it is considered a major hotbed for college recruiting.  I am excited for the opportunity to work with the future of the sport," said Bocklet.
