Community Cup Golf Tournament Proceeds to Benefit Boys and Girls Club
More than 120 golfers attended 8th annual tournament.
Golfers teed off Friday for the held at the Aliso Viejo Country Club.
More than 120 golfers attended the event making this year one of the biggest in the tournament's history, according to Mayor Pro-Tem Donald Garcia.
"We've raised over $350,000 for the Boys and Girls Club," Garcia said. "I'm in hopes that we net at least $70,000 today. If we could make $100,000 today I'd be ectastic."
